Biography

I was born on August 09, 1970, in Bonn, Germany, and moved to Munich after a brief stay in Frankfurt, where I completed my kindergarten years and began my school education.

Education and Studies

After completing my secondary school education, I underwent vocational training as an industrial clerk. Subsequently, I worked as a clerk for six months before opting for the second educational path and obtaining my specialized high school diploma at the Berufsoberschule Munich. Armed with a successful high school diploma, I embarked on my studies in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.

Career as a Pilot

After successfully completing my studies with a diploma, it was time to set aside my childhood dream of becoming a pilot. Originally, I had applied to Lufthansa, expecting a rejection, as I didn't want to spend my whole life wondering whether it could have worked out. However, to my surprise, I was selected by Lufthansa.

This unexpected turn of events prompted deep reflection once again. The desire to finally enter the professional world was strong, but at the same time, it meant taking a different direction for another two years. After three days of intensive contemplation, I eventually agreed. I have never regretted this decision.

For now, 23 years (as of December 2023), I have found my place in the cockpit, and since 2012, I have even attained the rank of captain.

Passion for Writing

​

Parallel to my career as a pilot, I discovered my passion for writing and authored my first book titled "Mouse Alarm." I would like to share the joy of writing with others.
